Guys,

I have 2 gift certificates for a month of training at CrossFit Memphis. These are valid until the end of February, and are no strings attached. Use'em and forget'em if you want.

I got these as part of a package I did for a nutrition seminar, and I'm not eligible to use them as a current member. All you that know me well know how much I believe in the method, and those that know my wife don't need me to tell you the potential (she can do 20+ consecutive kipping pullups for heaven's sake).

This is not from CF Memphis, but a little about it. Group training is usually 2 - 8 folks at a session, this gym looks bigger.

I would be interested in trying it out, and it would be a good break from my current routine. However, with a daughter starting college next year, I won't be able to spring for the cost to continue right now. It might be better spent on someone who is considering joining.

That having been said, I will take one if there is no one else who is considering joining the gym.
