I have to file the state annual report. Sam Teal is listed as the president. I nominate Jim Morse as the new president! I'll keep the secretary duties unless anyone else wants to do it...
I'll touch base with Robert Strandburg to see if he would mind remaining the registered agent. Any volunteers for any of the positions?

Afternoon everyone! I'm back! LOL
Scott- where do i send my dues for the club and is the rate still the same? Have a friend who wants to get back into it also and needs this info. Hope all is good with everyone. Haven't been outdoor climbing in a long time(since last year) but am hoping for a trip to Kings soon. Also did go to Red Rock Rendevous this year and as usual had a blast. Weather kinda crapped out but still good times! Looking forward to a few trips so I'll keep checking the board. Be safe and Climb On! Jim Moisan
